Overview
Since 2021, picnic has been supporting the marketing efforts of HT School Photography with the primary goal of expanding brand awareness and driving more quality leads from schools. Tactics used to support this goal consisted of:

The Approach
Picnic assisted HT School Photography with a brand redesign that consisted of an updated website and modernized logos to reflect their youthful yet reliable brand image. The website revamp featured an appealing look and streamlined experience to attract more leads and improve the customer journey.
Alongside this, a compelling content strategy was developed to establish HT School Photography as the best school photographers in Canada. Paired with a successful email marketing strategy, we emphasized the great services that HT School Photography has to offer along with the best customer service. Biweekly newsletters were sent out to captivate schools, with subject lines meant to increase the number of opens and clicks. At their peak, HT enjoyed open rates at 67% and one particular email that resulted in 20 bookings.
In the Spring of 2023, picnic introduced a Meta ad campaign to HT School Photography, with the goal of further broadening their new brand’s visibility and reach. Using a combination of photos taken by HT School Photography along with bright graphics, picnic helped HT School Photography reach 140k+ new audiences over the course of three months.
HT saw a 50% increase in bookings and sales compared to the previous year!
The Results
By the end of the campaign’s spring season, HT School Photography achieved great success while working with picnic social. Their sales and bookings increased by 50% compared to the previous year. They also successfully reached new audiences and expanded their services and locations across Canada to provinces in Ontario and Alberta.
