As founder of picnic, Erica meets with clients, researches their business, and builds a marketing plan to support their goals. Along with a solid background in American Press style and brand management experience, she’s skilled in Market Funnel Strategy, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Social Media Marketing that supports brands in building an online presence and meaningful digital engagement.

Content Coordinator

Erin is a marketing creative with a passion for words and design. She aims to weave compelling stories that connect with audiences and leave lasting impressions. Her background and a keen interest in human behaviour, cultures, and multimedia allow her to understand and elevate any client’s content strategy.

Netra Dhuru

Marketing Assistant

Born and raised in Mumbai, India, Netra has 3+ years of experience in marketing, public relations, and social media in global markets like India and Canada. At picnic, she specializes in SEO, social media management and assists with marketing campaigns. Netra loves to explore different areas of digital marketing and seek new challenges that will help her grow as a professional. When not at her desk, she loves visiting new places, hosting friends, and trying new recipes.

Ashley Doan

Copywriter

A professional copywriter of 14+ years and supports picnic by writing inspirational, educational and engaging blogs for a variety of target customers. Her specialties include writing SEO-optimized web content, blog articles, and social media posts. Her favourite part of the job is getting to learn about other niches and business as she writes for new clients. Ashley is also a professional and motivational speaker, host of the Content Marketing Matters Podcast, is the mother of 2 kids that keep her busy, and lives on coffee.
