      Online @Shutterstock says to go to your plan where you can turn off renewal. Thing is, I have no plan to speak of 👇. SO how is it I'm paying for an annual plan I never signed up for? Are you actually taking single purchases & auto renewing them without any plan? This is illegal.

      What @Shutterstock is doing should be illegal. To autorenew without any receipt, invoice, notification and not even a way to stop it without having to contact customer service, who doesn't answer your calls. No wonder they have a 93% poor service review online. #shutterstock
